Coming from Stuttgart: South towards Wildparkstraße – Take the B14 – Continue on the A831 – Then take the A81 – At exit 37-Dreieck Bad Dürrheim take the A864 towards Freiburg/Donaueschingen/ U56 – Continue on the A864 – Use the left lane to take the B27/B33 towards Freiburg/ Schaffhausen/Donaueschingen/ U56 – Take the B31 to Hochfirstweg in Lenzkirch.

Coming from Munich: Take the A96 southwest to Geisingen – Take exit 38-Geisingen on the A81 – Continue on the A96 – At exit 3 – Sigmarszell take the B308/B31 towards Scheidegg/Airport – Turn right onto the B31 – Continue on the B31n – Continue on the A98 towards Stuttgart/Singen/ Stockach- West – At interchange 11-Kreuz Hegau use the right lane and follow signs for A81 towards Stuttgart/Villingen-Schwenningen – Take exit 38-Geisingen onto B31/B311 towards Geisingen/Freiburg/Tuttlingen/Immendingen – Follow B31 to Lenzkirch.

Travelling by train

For more detailed information on how to reach us by other forms of public transport, please refer to the Deutsche Bahn (German Railway) and ÖBB (Austrian Railway).

If you arrive by public transport (bus or train), you can be picked up from the bus stop in Saig by prior arrangement with the hotel.

The Black Forest is easily accessible from all directions with fast long-distance connections. The Rhine Valley can be reached from both Frankfurt in the north and Basel in the south and is served by numerous ICE and even TGV connections. From the west, there are connections to the French SNCF network, and from the south to the Swiss Federal Railways. You can travel inexpensively with the Deutsche Bahn saver fares and the KONUS guest card, which allows you to travel for free on public transport throughout the Black Forest.
